Treat yourself to a session of healing with Reiki and Gong Master Rev. Laksmi and a team of superb Reiki practitioners. Sitting in a circle, you’ll receive the healing vibrations of Reiki while being immersed in the sacred cosmic sound vibrations of Tibetan bowls and gongs. Every cell in your body will receive complete healing. Tension will be eased, and obstacles to your peace will be removed. This is an in-person program.
Mondays, March 25 and April 1, 8, 15, 22 Integral Yoga New York's president Swami Asokananda shares insights based on his lifelong study of one of Yoga's most sacred texts. The Bhagavad Gita offers guidance for the soul struggling to know itself and its place in the world. Come and read the Gita, and discuss how to deepen your spiritual knowledge by drawing on its teachings in everyday life. May be attended on a drop-in basis. This is a hybrid program, taking place both in person and online.
Self-care is the best care. Need a mid-week release from constant busyness that can often consume our mind, wear down the body, and challenge the spirit? This rejuvenation program was developed to support your effort to reduce stress and enhance physical healing. Silence is the place that we tend to go for solace, yet the mind can tend to wander, making relaxation more challenging. Through the combination of gentle guided visualizations with sound vibrations, our focus on the present moment is strengthened, allowing the mind and body to relax and release. This program offers an opportunity to support you, whether at the beginning or continuing your own self-care journey. Participants often find themselves more relaxed and leave feeling empowered and refreshed.
