The Cerrado region of Brazil is a vast tropical savanna ecoregion, and it’s where this pulped natural process coffee is grown. The pulped natural process was invented in Brazil twenty years ago and is a mix between a washed and a natural process. The skin is peeled off and the coffee cherry is then left to dry with the pulp still intact. This creates a coffee with the body of a natural process and the complexity and sweetness of a washed process.
