Heavy Duty Colour Coded Springs
6x colour coded heavy duty commercial springs - 2x Heavy (red), 2x Medium (green) and 2x Light (yellow).
Wide Range of Resistance
In addition to the 6x colour coded springs, this unit comes with a 3 tier resistance design that allows users to dial in micro adjustments, and maximise improvements in strength with more refined adjustments.
Adjustable Pulley Height
The height of the pulleys can be adjusted to accommodate individual users, maximise the range of exercises, and improve the comfortable motion of each movement.
Adjustable Foot Bar
Foot bar can be easily adjusted with a simple pull, rotate, release design, that offers 7 different locked positions.
3 Position Headrest
The headrest can be adjusted into 3 positions to provide maximum comfort to each individual user.
8 Wheel Carriage
The carriage uses 8 wheels with 7 bearings, for a super quiet, smooth and maintenance free movement.
