The box is then shipped in a standard courier bag. The customer will have to mention their details of name, address, and phone number on the parcel before sending the courier out. All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. The item should be returned with the original packaging and tags intact. Items without tags will strictly not be accepted. Items on sale will not be applicable for returns. In case you receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We might request you to share images of the package and the product.
