This is one of those dresses that the closer you get to it the more you realize just how special it is. My photos are not coming close to doing it justice. The cut is simple but dramatic due to the combination of the lace and sequins. It is cut to skim over your bust and waist to the slightly dropped waist. The skirt falls from under that with some volume built in where is attached in at that seam. This creates a long lean silhouette that suggests the body underneath and gives the illusion of height. The neckline is a simple scoop at the front is edged in sequins. The sleeves are ct straight so they have some width to them. I love that the hem is finished ins a curving scallop to follow the pattern of the lace.

The dress is unlined so you would have to wear something underneath and this gives you a great opportunity to use any colour to change the look and feel of the dress from a nude for an illusion dress feel to any colour you can think of. The lace is a soft pale grey and then the entire dress is densely covered with hand placed sequins set to follow parts of the design underneath. They have an iridescent blue tone to them that really adds to the prettiness of the dress. The effect that this creates when you move and they catch the light is wonderful. Excellent condition Unlined and closes with back zipper. There are maybe a few sequins missing here and there but no obvious bare spots. The lace has some stretch. Tiny area of lightening on the skirt that is lost in the folds.
