Straps are fully adjustable with 18K rose gold plated rings and sliders placed in the front, so that you won't have to take off your bra to adjust the straps! Hook and eye closures for a more comfortable and customizable fit. Cups are lined with yet another layer of 100% cotton for a smoother appearance under clothing and maximum breathability on the hottest of daysor nights. Add 2 inches (if even number) or 3 inches (if odd number) to your ribcage measurement. This is your Band Size. Example: I measure 30 inches at my ribcage. Add 2 inches. I wear a Band Size 32. 2) Cup Size: (Bust): Wearing a non-padded bra, measure across the fullest part of the breasts, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor and across your nipples. Measure snugly, but do not pull the tape so tightly that you are cutting into the breast tissue. 3) Bra Size: (Band and Cup): Subtract your calculated band size from your bust measurement. The difference between these two measurements determine your cup size. 1" difference: A cup 2" difference: B cup 3" difference: C cup 4" difference: D cup Example: If you calculated that you wear a Band Size 32 and your bust measurement is 35 inches, subtract 32" from 35". (35"-32"= 3"). You wear a 32C. If you find that a 32C is generally too gappy in the cup, then you may want to consider wearing a 32B. Or if the cup of a 32C fits well, but the band is too tight, then you should consider a 34B. **You should purchase your bra when it fits on the loosest hook, so that as the bra stretches out over time, you can tighten it for a longer lifespan.** **Questions about sizing?
