Cables: VO Braided Headset: Grand Cru from Veloorange.com Stem: VO 100mm 17deg. rise Bars: Nitto Albatros Grips: Rivendell Cork that we twined and shellaced with Bullseye Amber Shellac Seatpost: VO Grand Cru setback seatpost Saddle: Brooks B17 Special Honey Bottle Cages: VO Modernista Fenders: VO 45mm hammered polished fenders We started with the bare frame, and it went together fairly seamlessly. The trickiest part was installing the fenders, but even that wasn’t too bad. Rides like a dream. Smooth, relaxed, but handles very well and is actually quite fast. The drivetrain all works flawlessly, and the bar ends are actually quite nice after using STI’s for so long. Absolutely love the Nitto Albatross bars. And these tires are incredible, the smoothest fastest rolling tires I’ve used to date! My dad chose every single part, so it is truly HIS bike!
