Welcome to The Space Between, a space meant for you to exist behind your mind and into your body.Our intention: the journey of coming home to your Self, your body, to the many parts that make you, you. The foundations of this space is built on the pillars of acceptance, grace and presence. All which are present in the energy of the space, spoken to in class and taught in each somatic private session. The roots of the studio are based on somatic movement, yoga, pilatese, myo-fascia release and TCM. This medley of movement and healing modalities makes for a wholistic experience. The studio is non-heated and most classes have a more yin quality, inviting you to be still, passive and present. Our two firey classes are Vitality and Strength, where you'll be prompted to turn up your internal heat with breath and strong holds. Whether you are new to yoga or have years of experience, Natacha (owner and teacher) meets you where you are at. Natacha says, "I teach to the bodies in the room. Lots of hands-on assists, alignment and breath queues to really help you land and BE in your practice."I look forward to seeing you in the space.
