Emmy winning identical twins, Ellen Kahn + Lynda Kahn are the co-founding partners / Executive Creative Directors of the bi-coastal TWINART. Recognized for their outstanding work in the entertainment industry they are also fine artists who were sponsored by the Polaroid Corporation in 1987 - 1993 to create in camera multi-layered exposures 20x24 photographs juxtaposing advertising with daily life. This theme has carried through their work since their first video art piece Instant This-Instant That. Their videos are exhibited internationally in museums including The Whitney Museum of American Art, The Tokyo Video Biennale and The Pompidou Centre in Paris. Ellen Kahn and Lynda Kahn are the recipients of the National Endowment of the Arts fellowship grant in Visual Media.
