Vintage Venus by Cortland Foundations unworn Deadstock shapewear panty brief with loops at front and back so this high rise panty can also be used as a garter or stock holder in a size 32. This came in a huge lot I got when I purchased deadstock items from Shadowline from their inventory reductions and closure of their facility in North Carolina. I don't know if they made this for Cortland, or were trying to make something like this in their line. I have 2 of these shapewear panties. This one has a waist brief fit. The other piece is more of a granny panty length - see my site for the other listing. I would still call this a long rise to the waist - but not as long as the other shapewear piece I have that measures 14 1/4 inches, rather than the 13 inches on this piece. The tag inside shows: Venus By Cortland Foundations Made in Domican Republic from US components Size 32 Stye 4045 80% nylon, 20% spandex Machine wash warm, tumble dry low I don't know what the 32 means on the label. I have measured this and depending on how much squeeze you want on your body, I think this should fit a size Xs to Medium. The waist measures 23 inches around and will stretch out at least 28 inches. If you waist is anywhere from 23 to 28 inches, this should work for you. The rise on this is 13 inches. The leg openings are elastic and measure 17 inches - with stretch in the leg openings with elastic that will give you about 2 more inches At the top of the legs from side to side measures 14 1/4 inches - so would be 29 inches without stretch. The body of this 80% nylon and 20% spandex - so there is a lot of give in this shapewear panty. There is a loop at front and back of the shapewear. You could add elastic garter tabs to use this as a garter panty belt also with the addition of these elastic holders, if desired. CONDITION: This is a deadstock NOS item, without tags. It was used as an inventory item at the Shadowline Factory and has never been used. It comes to you in excellent vintage condition. I would suggest you take out a high rise panty that works for you. Measure the panty and note my measurements above to see if this high rise shapewear might work for you.
