The outer is 20D mechanical stretch Ripstop Nylon shell with unique coating to improve wind and weather resistance. Finer details include zipped, fleece-lined hand-warmer pockets, zipped chest pocket for storage, and internal zipped security pocket that doubles as a stuff sack.
