Contact us for an RA# There is a 20% restocking fee on any returns that are "made to order" as described in the title. Return postage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. In the event we provide a pre paid return label the cost will be deducted from the refund. Returns that are posted back after one week of receipt will be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee per week up to 3 weeks maximum in the event the item was held for a gift occasion or received when on vacation etc. Returns with any odors or stains of moisturizer, perfume, smoke etc and/or signs of laundering will be rejected and sent back to the customer or donated.
